Edit to add: Opal called me in response to this review and we will be working on a solution.
We had two doors installed 7/7/25: a front door and slider door to our back patio. The quality of the installation is fine and the front door turned out exactly as we expected, but the slider door is another story.
My complaint is about the "ProVia" slider product we were sold. There are two problems:
1. The new slider has a bulky rail to step over. The rail is about 3" high and 6" wide. Our previous ... Read more
