But, dealing with their constant miscommunications and failures to uphold their end of the contract is just too much for one to handle. Ryan, out sales associate, was extremely helpful and patient with the process. We met with him once and decided to hold off. A couple years later we called again and he had all our info pulled up quickly. He worked with our tight schedule for in-person meetings even coming in the evening once and on a Saturday. When asked how many competitive quotes I received , I stated none. Opal was the only choice. Opal provided a wonderful customer experience on both of our home projects. Our 1st project was a roof, gutters, siding, and stone facing all of which was of the highest standard. The most recent project was replacement of all our windows.The craftsmanship, quality, cost, and installed were top notch. The project team was courtesy, professional, and cleanup was seamless. Upfront communication is excellent. Once you get to installation it’s a completely different story. They do good work but be prepared for your project to continuously be delayed with little to no advanced notice.
