Based on the previous reviews, I didn’t think for a second about my 10 windows not being installed correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Just multiple installing errors committed by the team such as windows not being waterproofed properly, damage to my exterior paint, caulking gaps, and bent cladding. Opal replaced all 28 1st floor windows - in February! They did an incredible job. The craftsmanship was perfect and they kept a clean and warm job site. We used them before for a door and was as equally perfect. Very happy with Jesse the salesman who was fair and attentive with quick responses. Voytek and the crew were the best. Highly recommend Opal and will use them again!
