Opal's rep Ryan was the key to resolving our insurance claim issues. He took charge of our claim and was able to meet with the insurance company and get us the results that other installers were not able to accomplish. Opal's team is easy to talk to because they listen. They have been really responsive to our questions and their coordination with us has made it a simple and easy process.

We used this place to remodel the exterior of a 1960s house that pretty much hadn't been updated ever. We've dealt with everything - rotted sill plates, lead paint, you name it. My parents had also used Opal and had a positive experience, so they were one of the first we looked at when choosing to talk with someone about new doors and siding.
