Ryan (sales guy) was very helpful in explaining everything and not being pushy. We felt like he was trustworthy, unlike reps we talked to from several other companies. Because we signed in late Fall, the scheduling of our roof replacement was delayed significantly by weather, but the crew that did the work was very good. They were quick and cleaned up well. We're happy with the results.

Everything was excellent, from beginning to end. Like most, I've had some bad experiences with contractors and some OK experiences. None that I could point to as exemplary and worth every penny. Beginning with the initial sales call,Opal was there to help me get a project done. No upselling, and no bad mouthing the competition. Installation was about as flawless and you can get, and mistakes were corrected quickly and without argument. Wonderful company to entrust with your hard-earned cash.
