Opal roofed our house and we are quite pleased. We gathered quotes from four companies, but only Ryan from Opal correctly identified all the issues caused by our prior roofing system. Opal communicated well before, during, and after the process and addressed questions and concerns promptly during our project, at one point tearing off a newly completed roof section to redo to comply with a contract requirement the project manager had not been informed of. From initial contact and consultancy / bid request; through pre-start date communications; throughout installation, including clear explanations of work and prompt responses to queries and change requests and, finally, post-completion follow up.
