Gosh, where do I start? We had a complete Jame Hardie siding remodel, and on the one hand, Opal did a great job. But, dealing with their constant miscommunications and failures to uphold their end of the contract is just too much for one to handle. After investing just under $50k into this project, we were doing the final walk around there were some things that needed to be touched-up. Dear Harrison, Thank you for your trust and for your communication. I do have a meeting planned with everyone on my team to discuss where we let you down. You and your project are important to us and we want to make things right. We are an amazing company....but one made up of humans. Our crews do excellent work but as you might have noticed there can be a language and tone barrier simply in itself and we never meant any malicious or disruptive harm to you. Please understand that we did work to make the mailbox part of your project and we are sorry that was a mis-understanding by all parties. We have not ever changed street mailboxes that are detached from homes, never in 16-years but we did do this for you and do value what you communicated was important to you. As part of my company meeting I will address with my team if street mailboxes is something we should be communicating to our valuable homeowners. We DO address items attached to homes since this is where our siding work is completed. In regards to the James Hardie mailer. Please forgive us for putting your home on the radius mailer. We are super proud of our work and of our strong relationship with James Hardie and it makes business sense to communicate to the neighborhoods where we work, it was a simple error human error that included your home in the mailing. What can I do to make things correct for you and your home? My contact info is 331.472.8816 The customer has not contact me as an owner, only left reviews on every single platform available. Opal worked hard on this remodel and this homeowner also received free work from us. We are proud of our efforts.

Ryan, out sales associate, was extremely helpful and patient with the process. We met with him once and decided to hold off. A couple years later we called again and he had all our info pulled up quickly. He worked with our tight schedule for in-person meetings even coming in the evening once and on a Saturday.
