We had a new front door installed by Opal. Our first experience was with the associate who came to help walk us through the process - who would have thought a front door required so many choices! He was very knowledgeable of the products offered and of the installation issues involved. The actual installation team was very professional, and even though our door was installed in December, they curtained off the work area so that the house did not get cold. Opal was just fantastic! The sales process was informative and very professional. Scheduling was better than any other house project we've done. Opal does a great job setting reasonable expectations on timing, then follows up with regular contact to share status of the order and the anticipated installation. For the window installation itself, the team was clean, quiet and expert at their work. Opal has the right processes and people to do a excellent work for their customers.
