The other contractors were not as thorough in assessing our needs. Jason did a great job diagnosing some existing issues we had with water runoff and recommended solutions that the other contractors did not provide. If you are looking for new windows, Opal Enterprise is the place to go to. They carry a several window types, we settled on the Beech worth Fiberglass double hung. Our sale rep, Ryan, helped us work thru the pros and cons of vinyl, fiberglass and wood. The Beechworth fiberglass product has turned out to be an excellent choice. Maureen, you came to know Opal Enterprises due to our job signs in your community, and we consider ourselves so lucky to have also created a remodeling relationship with you as well! You contacted Opal in May of this year letting us know that you had 17 windows you wanted improved. I see from your initial call you might be leaning towards vinyl windows and in the end for your project you chose Beechworth wood interior/fiberglass exterior windows! WOW! They are gorgeous! I also see in your initial call in notes that you were "distrustful of the estimation process from contractors", this makes me so much prouder that Ryan and the whole Opal team were able to meet your remodeling desires. I told Opal I decided to go with a cheaper estimate. The company I chose had one man do all the siding and not to mention was pulled off the job numerous times. I was pleased with Opal's Mr. Downing and the formal estimate all presented on paper. I think for a first timer it truly is buyer beware. I should have gone with Opal

We understand that we will not earn every estimate we take the time to offer to homeowners and that is part of being a contractor. Opal Enterprises is not your cheapest option, but we really do strive to be your best option! Remodeling can be a hair pulling experience, why not choose a contractor that has proven processes and procedures for your remodeling project.

Opal removed very problematic dryvit siding from the house we bought and replaced it with Hardie board. The project was not easy. They were easy to work with from start to finish. The crew was always on time and even worked through some tough weather. They were pleasant and respectful of our property, always cleaning up after each day. They were skilled and did a great job on the new siding. The house looks wonderful. I plan on using them again for windows/doors.
