We had a new front door installed by Opal. Our first experience was with the associate who came to help walk us through the process - who would have thought a front door required so many choices! He was very knowledgeable of the products offered and of the installation issues involved. Opal was just fantastic! The sales process was informative and very professional. Scheduling was better than any other house project we've done. Opal does a great job setting reasonable expectations on timing, then follows up with regular contact to share status of the order and the anticipated installation. Workmanship is pretty good, communication could have been better, and some of the coordination and housekeeping should have been better.
