I told Opal I decided to go with a cheaper estimate. The company I chose had one man do all the siding and not to mention was pulled off the job numerous times. I was pleased with Opal's Mr. Downing and the formal estimate all presented on paper. I think for a first timer it truly is buyer beware. I should have gone with Opal

Dear Joey, thank you for taking the time to offer a review of your remodeling experience. I see that you found Opal Enterprises on Home Advisor. We understand that we will not earn every estimate we take the time to offer to homeowners and that is part of being a contractor. Opal Enterprises is not your cheapest option, but we really do strive to be your best option! Remodeling can be a hair pulling experience, why not choose a contractor that has proven processes and procedures for your remodeling project.

Opal removed very problematic dryvit siding from the house we bought and replaced it with Hardie board. The project was not easy. They were easy to work with from start to finish. The crew was always on time and even worked through some tough weather. They were pleasant and respectful of our property, always cleaning up after each day. They were skilled and did a great job on the new siding. The house looks wonderful. I plan on using them again for windows/doors.

Holly, the fact that you were referred to Opal Enterprises from the Shewchuck family was all the reward we needed! Thank you for trusting us with your lovely Northbrook home. Your new James Hardie siding in Gray Slate with Arctic White trim is immaculate! I love the headers that were chosen for your front windows. Stacy, Eli, Karel and crew really enjoyed being your exterior remodeling contractor!

Other than having to change my work date several times due to weather, Opal was very accommodating to my needs. The work chief and project leader were professional. I was happy with the finished product.

Diane, you and your home were lovely to work with. Voytek Opalski and I have a lot of affection for the Wil-O-Way subdivision and were so thrilled to be your roofing, soffit, facia and gutter contractor. Thank you for your review and do let us know if you need any project support from us.

We hired Opal to install a number of windows in the front of our house. From the time Josh stepped in the door to give me an estimate to the follow-up by Ty after the project was done, they were spectacular. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, professional, friendly, cleaned and respectful of our house and lawn. I would recommend Opal to anyone and I'm very happy with the job they did on our windows!
