Repeat business is the best compliment you can give, and Opal has earned my trust with two very projects: New windows and most recently a new roof with skylights. There are so many wonderful things to say about Opal, but the most impressive is that everyone on the team cares about doing a top notch job. Cathy, I want to personally thank you for this review. You and I came to know each other because you reached out after experiencing a remodeling "bump in the road" with your window project in 2016. Together, you and I were able to discuss the concern and make sure that the project was put right back on path. I cannot stress enough that remodeling a home means disrupting personal spaces, schedules and there are so many unknowns that come into play. Add in the human factor of contractors and office staff...and well, you had better have processes and procedures in place to help the homeowner when needed, or you end up acting like a messy business that so many of us are exposed to daily. We are not perfect, but yes, we absolutely care about your home and your remodeling experience! Thank you again Cathy for trusting us a 2nd time with your valuable Wheaton home!

Update for October 2020 We continue to return to Opal for house projects - our FOURTH project. This time it was relatively small - replacing a garage window and one cedar board with James Hardie. Opal continues to be 100% in planning and completing projects. From the sales process through efficient quality work to check out with project managers.
