Opal roofed our house and we are quite pleased. We gathered quotes from four companies, but only Ryan from Opal correctly identified all the issues caused by our prior roofing system. Opal communicated well before, during, and after the process and addressed questions and concerns promptly during our project, at one point tearing off a newly completed roof section to redo to comply with a contract requirement the project manager had not been informed of. When we decided to replace our windows we did a lot of research. Ultimately we came to Opal Enterprises. We worked with Ryan and he walked us through all the pros and cons of the different types of windows and was extremely helpful. The installation team was great and very professional. There was good communication throughout the process. They did a great job and we are very pleased. I would gladly recommend Opal to anyone contemplating this type of project.

Your home is your world and while we are not perfect, we acknowledge your personal space and your hard-earned money being invested. The Beechworth Windows that you chose for your home are really gorgeous with the pre-finished white interior. Thank you for trusting our suggestion for a "full-construction" replacement installation method as it really is best to take the window frame down to the studs and start over with a fresh, clean window application! Extremely professional company, every step along the way. From initial contact and consultancy / bid request; through pre-start date communications; throughout installation, including clear explanations of work and prompt responses to queries and change requests and, finally, post-completion follow up. All staff members - sales, office, installers, project manager - friendly, responsive and professional. Everything that one would ask for from a contractor undertaking major work on one's home.

In 2016 we remodeled your gorgeous Naperville home with James Hardie siding in the color: Evening Blue. You also chose 3/8" insulation, soffit and new gutters to go with your siding improvement project. We at Opal Enterprises knows that such a significant project like this takes time and thoughtfulness before decisions can be acted upon. The front entry door we purchased looks awesome and definitely gives our home a more elegant presence. The service from Opal Ent. was much much better than good but just short of great. Communication while we were waiting for door to be manufactured could have been better and we might have been able to avoid a miscommunication with keying the new lock to existing home keys. Wonderful Andersen Window - Opal customers! I say it all the time over and over....but remodeling ONLY works when both the contractor and the homeowner are communicative and committed to the success of the chosen project. I can tell from the photos of your project...that not everything went 100% smooth...but we were given the chance to listen to you and to make corrections and that is vital! I can see you spoke with Ty in our office very often about your chosen stain and about when your project would be scheduled.
