I found the whole Opal team to be highly professional and thorough. I could not have found a better team to help plan and execute the roof tear off and replacement along with new fascia, soffit, and gutters. The roofing crew completed the the new roof in just two days and left the surrounding area spotless. The fascia, soffit and gutter crew was just as efficient. I can honestly recommend Opal for any roofing, fascia, soffit, and gutter work.

Recently contracted with Opal for new roof, siding and trim. Opal was thorough and professional through all phases of the project...defining project scope, proposal delivery, project scheduling and execution. Great communication throughout the process and prompt to reply when questions arose. House looks great. I would recommend Opal to anyone considering exterior work on their home.

I read great reviews about Opal before contacting them for a quote for our windows. From the initial consultation through the entire installation and final inspection I could not have been more impressed with how courteous and professional everyone from Opal was. They really go overboard to explain the job, the process, who your contacts will be, etc. We are extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be using Opal to install the remaining windows we didn't select for the initial ph... We contracted Opal to replace windows and siding on our home through a friend's referral. We found their staff courteous and helpful in choosing our products and suggesting ways to enhance the project. After a delay in starting the project, the installers arrived and they made some progress. While they were ripping down the old we found some areas that we felt needed to be addressed. They were quick to meet our requirements. Weather restrictions delayed the project further. As they progre... Read more

Dear Alesi family! Thank you so much for your review of your experience with us as we remodeled your home with new Alside windows and siding. We did face some challenges with your project. I want to stress how great a remodeling partner you were to us because you kept the lines of communication wide open and even came all the way to our office in Naperville to bring us your project's stain. Opal is not perfect and neither is any remodeling process, but what is perfect is that you allowed us to work with and for you. Thank you Thank you.

Opal recently installed new siding on our home. The installers were courteous and did an outstanding job. We had some areas where some window sills were getting soft and they were able to cap them with aluminum. The sales rep Kurt was very thorough in his explanation of all of the available options. We look forward to working with Opal when it comes time to replace our windows.
