My overall experience with Opal Enterprises was EXCELLENT! All of the people, starting with the Sales Representative to the workers on the job site, were very professional. I had 5 skylights replaced and the job was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion. I always felt confident in the people I came in contact with. No issue or question was too small for them to handle. I would highly recommend them. GREAT professional business.

Thank you for allowing Opal Enterprises to be a part of your Naperville skylight project! We are so proud of the successful project that you were a large part of! It can be very hard to accept proposals and to choose a contractor that you feel comfortable with. We are pleased to hear that our simple mission statement of "Have a Wonderful Remodeling Experience" rang true for you! Thank you again!

Everyone at Opal Enterprises from sales to installation were top notch. We replaced our roof, skylights and chimney roof cap with the Opal Team. I especially have to give special praise to Tom in the sales department. I met Tom over a year ago, but we had to push the project off for a bit. Tom used the right amount of communication to keep in contact while informing me of potential industry supply cost increases that would affect my project. I would highly recommend the Opal team for any of... Read more

Dear Rupp family, Thank you so much for trusting Opal Enterprises with your Naperville home for your GAF roofing contractor needs. We enjoyed working with you very much. There are 2 parts to a successful remodel...the contractor must bring their share and the homeowner has a lot to so with the success! Thank you again for being great to work with! Your home looks great!

UPDATE: We recently moved into a new home, and after last May's hailstorm needed new siding, gutters, and downspouts. Based on our previous excellent experience with Opal Enterprises, we decided to use them for the project, rather than one of the fly-by-night door-to-door companies. Again, we had outstanding service, a wide selection of excellent products, and friendly and knowledgeable installers to work with. A quick story which will illustrate the pride with which Opal does their work. Their... Read more

Dan and family! Thank you so much for re recount of your experience with Opal. I firmly believe that remodeling starts out as an intangible dream..meaning, that the homeowner's vision is in their head and it has to be extracted and translated into something real! The right contract wants to work with you not just for you. Your family was a treat to work with! Remember that remodeling takes 2 and the right frame of mind of both parties! We value you!

Our experience with Opal Enterprises was excellent! We had our siding, soffits, and gutters replaced along with a new deck built for our barbecue grill. The men who did the installation were polite, helpful, did outstanding detailing to all of our work, and cleaned up every night. Our whole process went smoothly from the time Opal came to do the initial inspection, presenting our options, and dealing with our insurance company to make sure we could receive the most from our claim. We would n... Read more

We replaced the 1960’s aluminum siding on our 1920’s house with James Hardie fiber cement siding. We talked to one other James Hardie installer besides Opal. That company’s presentation was essentially, “This is how we work.” Opal’s presentation was, “What do you need, and how can we help you with that?” Besides looking at the house, our sales rep, Dan, took the time to find out what were our concerns. When he presented the quote, he was able to discuss our project from all angles, expertly ... Read more
