I had Opal out to my house last year to look at new windows and a front door. Joseph came out and helped me choose the right window options for my home. The crew that came and installed our windows and door were very professional and did a great job!! I would recommend Opal to anyone looking for windows or front doors!

Based on the previous reviews, I didn’t think for a second about my 10 windows not being installed correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Just multiple installing errors committed by the team such as windows not being waterproofed properly, damage to my exterior paint, caulking gaps, and bent cladding. Overall, just an unprofessional finish job. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that after I voiced my concerns to the owner and project manager. They did come out and acknowledge... Read more

Jacob, we highly value you and understand where your frustrations have come from. Opal completes 350+ project installs each year and inevitably because our installations teams are made up of humans...human errors will happen on approximately 3-5 projects each year. What makes Opal Enterprises stand out is that we never turn our backs on anyone and we work hard to correct mistakes made. Thank you for being communicative and flexible with us while we made all the needed corrections. Your new windows are covered by your lifetime labor warranty that we provide. Your project was installed by Opal installers that are relatively young and while we were hesitant to have such young men on our production team, Opal is and was willing to help guide and coach them and groom them into being expert installers like our base group is. Our project managers are highly experienced and are employees. We hate when we make mistakes, but we guarantee that we will never ever walk away without the project being flawless like our window manufactures and homeowners want. Thank you for being our customer and please reach out when you need project support.

Opal replaced all 28 1st floor windows - in February! They did an incredible job. The craftsmanship was perfect and they kept a clean and warm job site. We used them before for a door and was as equally perfect. Very happy with Jesse the salesman who was fair and attentive with quick responses. Voytek and the crew were the best. Highly recommend Opal and will use them again!

We love that you are are a returning customer. An entry door in 2024 and then again for windows, what an honor and treasure to have this working relationship. As the owner, I am incredibly proud of our project consultants and installation team because I do frequently hear that they were kind and professional. The entire Opal team is grateful that this was another successful project together! Thank you!

Initially a representative came to our house and let us know about a window possibly having broken seal. We knew about the problem, so decided to get a quote. The consultation was very friendly and easy to understand, the price was as expected, and the installation was quick. Thank you for great job! Through out the very cold days, we’ve noticed significantly better temperature in the room. Overall, great experience, and will hire this company again in future.
