I had a window replaced with a patio door and Opal did a great job. The team was professional, respectful and quick. They were able to work in between bouts of bad weather. I really like the new door. From the time I met with Justin, the salesman, to the end when everyone was done, it was all painless and a wonderful experience.

Tyler was going door to door and saw some rotting of our fascia that I hadn’t yet noticed and was very personable and professional in discussing how Opal could take care of it. They made sure to show me any issues they saw and exactly how they would fix them. Overall the fascia and gutters look great... Read more

Thank you so much for your review of Jose's service call to your home for your patio door. We value your patience while a new panel for your patio door needed to be reordered from our manufacturer. We value your partnership with the entire Opal Enterprises team while we worked to improve your Plainfield, IL home with new siding and doors. We love how your home turned out. We also appreciate when customers work with us to find all the solutions needed in the home remodeling world. Couldn’t be happier with our new ProVia entry door and patio doors from Opal. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and did an amazing job with the installation. Everything was explained clearly, we were kept apprised of every step, and the work was completed on schedule. The doors look beautiful and function perfectly. We would absolutely use Opal again and recommend them highly.
