Opal Enterprises was a GREAT company to work with for our new front door. First, the price was 1/3 less than a competitor for the same exact door (literally exactly the same). Second, their communication throughout the entire process from the time we started to talk with them until well after the door was installed has been phoenominal. I LOVE my new front door, side panels, and storm door. Thank you, Opal!

Our front door replacement with Opal went well. The salesman was informative, our project manager was communicative, and the crew did great work. Very happy with our new door!

Great experience with Opal Enterprises! I had 6 windows and 1 large sliding patio door installed in our home. The price was very competitive and they provided a quality product with ProVia. The installation crew was professional, clean, and very friendly. They worked through lunch in order to make sure that the job was completed in 1 day. Everyone I dealt with at Opal Enterprises was great. However, I need to single out Ty Ybarra for her outstanding work. Ty knows her job well, understan... Read more

Dan, you were a treasure to work with for your home here in Naperville! Thank you for trusting Justin, Ty and the entire Opal Enterprises team! We really cherish that you were referred to us by your HOA organization! You are an extra-special customer since you have been a contractor in your career, so your review holds a lot of weight for us. THANK YOU!

Overall, Opal met expectations for our new door and window installation. While there were original delays for the install, that was not due to Opal, but simply Provia manufacturing. Once the crew arrived, work began quickly. There were some hiccups on the outside that Opal corrected such as nails not set in the brick molding. Outside the new front door, the first replacement screen door installed had a paint defect and the closing arms were not installed properly. A second crew came out wit... Read more

Thank you Guy for being our customer! We do appreciate you and your explanation online of your experience. We are the type of company that can own up to situations when they go less than perfect. And we do not walk away from projects until our customers' needs and wants are met. I would like to acknowledge Steve, Jack, Corrin and the admin team for working with you to make sure you were heard and taken care of. When crew members do not meet our standards we do bring them back in house for training of our standards. Thank you for your patience with your complex and important project. We will also get to work on education our project consultants and providing clearer expectations and options to our homeowners when arch windows are in play. Thank you Guy for your trust and business. Your lifetime labor warranty is in full effect.

I highly recommend Opal. A few years ago they completed several exterior projects on our home. The work was so impressive that neighbors asked us who did the work. They also stand by their work with a warranty. Recently I noticed an issue and they were helpful to send someone out to fix it. It's hard to find such quality work and companies who stand by their work.

We very much enjoyed being your contractor in 2016 for a new patio door and other services. You requested warranty work with us in October 2024 and we are proud to stand behind our work and make sure you are well taken care of! THANK YOU for your review and your trust!
