We had a wonderful experience with Opal, they replaced all of our windows and front door that were original to our home built in 2002. The windows and door are beautiful, we couldn't be happier. The installation was a breeze and they were done with it all in a day and a half. So happy we were able to get it done before another winter and they were the most reasonably priced and we received several quotes. Would recommend Opal to anyone in the market for new windows!

Had a good experience overall replacing our hinged glass patio door with a sliding glass door. The salesman Jesse was very helpful with our requests to see different color options for the trim and faux wood finish. Very happy with the faux wood on the ProVia door, it looks like real wood (though I wish there had been a trim option that matched the faux wood a little closer). Installation team was quick and installed it well.

We went with Opal for our window/doors project because of the wide array of style and color options they offer. I went in thinking I wanted one thing and ended up choosing something completely different after seeing all there was to choose from. But I love the finished product! Would go with Opal again for future projects.

We had out front and back doors replace. It was done in day as they promised. They sent us emails keeping us appraised on the timeline. The workers were very polite and cleaned up after each step of the replacement. They fixed some rotting areas that the previous doors had caused. I have nothing bad to say about Opal.

Working in Geneva, IL is always a treat for the Opal team! When you contacted our office for new doors and we asked you "Aside from price, what is the most important quality in a contractor," you told us -- "Quality work and good warranties". We are so pleased you were happy with our products and installation, now your lifetime labor warranty is in full effect! Thank you for your review!

My windows were 25+yrs old and I experienced a lot of draft in most of the windows being replaced. So, it was well overdue for new windows. I had a couple of estimates from different companies and decided to go with Opal, and I'm glad that I did. I had a positive experience with the Opal team... from the sales rep, office team/administrators, project manager, and the installation team. I found everyone to be professional and thorough. They did exactly what they said they would do, which was a r... Read more

Mechelle, we truly enjoyed being your window installer for your home! Thank you for working with Justin and the entire Opal Enterprises team while we installed your new Provia Windows. Ty, Jack and your crew really enjoyed working with you! When you called us on July 9th and told us about your window replacement needs, we asked you: Aside from Price what is most important for you with the contractor that you will choose? You told us: "Having a good warranty, quality of work, energy efficient, cleanliness and workmanship" and to have earned your review is a huge honor to the team! Thank you!
