We are so excited for your upcoming window and door project for your home in Naperville. Thank you for doing a Google search, calling our office and speaking with Agape who connected you with Zac. We are loving the journey so far as well! We will continue our remodeling journey with communication, partnership and the result will be a happy home and happy homeowner!
We value you for being a customer that was referred to us and that you invested time and money with Opal to remodel the outside of your lovely Naperville home with new James Hardie siding. We do honor our labor warranties and are very thankful that you called us out as opposed to letting small issues fester into bigger ones. Remodeling is a partnership and we are so thankful for your trust! Thank you for your review!
We absolutely love your new siding color choice of Neptune Blue as your home in Des Plaines, IL was brough from the 1960's to a modern, clean look! Thank you for researching Opal Enterprises and remodeling with Justin and the Opal team!
Thank you for working with Opal Exteriors on your window installation project in Bolingbrook, IL that involved 19 brand new Provia Vinyl windows! We truly enjoy working with you!
Bob, thank you for researching Opal Enterprises and for circling back with a review of your own after we installed 16 new windows and a patio door. When you called us on June 6, 2024 you told us that you had recently purchased your Plainfield, IL home and recently moved into the house and found that they are the original builder's grade vinyl windows that were leaking and had gaps and have really bad sound quality. You also told us that you wanted to change your home's sliding windows to double-hungs! When we asked you: Aside from price, what is the most important quality to you in a contractor that you would hire: you told us you valued good reviews and the ability to answer all of your questions. We are thrilled to be your window and door contractor and your lifetime labor warranty is in full effect should you need us now that your project is completed. Thank you so much for your review!
