I met with Jace Burton to discuss a window replacement project. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend working with him. He studied my old windows in detail to come up with the best type of replacement window at the best value.

We went through Opal to replace our front door and laundry room door and it was a fantastic experience. 11/10 would recommend them to anybody! For the front door, we wanted to convert it to be a double door. Opal did the appropriate measurements and even checked with our local ordinance to ensure it could be done while remaining compliant with safety codes. Opal also allowed us to supply our own hardware (knobs) for the project. This was fantastic since the finish we wanted for our door hardwa... Read more

Thank you so much for your detailed review. We highly appreciate the time you invested with us. Thank you for learning about Opal Enterprises from seeing a job sign in your community. When you called Opal in February 2024 you explained the issues you were having with your entry door and we are so glad you found a beautiful solution with Provia and the Opal Enterprises team! We will be here for any remodeling needs you have.

Had Zac over to provide quote to potentially replace my patio door, as glass was shattered by lawn service personnel. While Zac’s presentation was very informative I elected to replace just the glass. Opal’s quote was the lowest of 3 I received. Should I elect to replace the whole door Zac/Opal will be first choice.

Opal installed 23 vinyl windows for me. 5 star rating for them in all areas. Justin, Jack, Wojtek (and his crew) were fantastic. From sales to planning to installation, I found everyone to be efficient, professional and organized. Timely updates were also provided during the project and I never felt I had to "chase" anyone for information. The installation was seamless. The workers showed up on time, were friendly and fast. All areas being worked on were protected with drop clothes and they... Read more

Following a positive experience with Opal Exteriors several years ago installing new windows, we requested a quote for some additional improvements. Though we opted to not follow through on this item on our project list, we were again very pleased with responsiveness and thoroughness of our sales rep.
