We love that Zac served your estimate process well for your upcoming window and door project with us for your home in Lisle! So far to this point you have had contact with Brad who sets up our customer's appointments and Zac who is a project consultant--both who care about your remodeling experience. We are highly confident that you will enjoy our admin ladies, project managers and our crew of craftsmen. Thank you for researching Opal Enterprises through the Best Pick's report book!

Easy process from start to finish. Adam the sales person was super friendly and not pushy. I wanted my windows to lock in an open position along with my sliding glass doors. Adam took the time to have me come in the showroom to show me how they would look and work. That meant a lot to me. Once I signed the contract the communication with the overall team was fantastic. Katie was wonderful dealing with the hic-ups with my HOA making sure everything will get approved and running smoothly. Even tho... Read more

I used Opal Enterprises years ago for my sliding back door and in April 2024 for my front exterior door. The team is extremely professional from sales, to planning, to installation, and follow-up. The team keeps you continuously informed, promptly answers any questions you may have, and is polite. I decided to use Opal again because of their warranty. I knew that if I had issues or problems, Opal would resolve the issue without a problem. As a single mom, I need that reassurance. Above all, they... Read more

Zak came out to the house and walked us through every step without being pushy. To me, that's the most important thing from a salesperson. If I feel pressured, no thanks. Zak gave us good information, gave us options, and I felt he understood the no-frills project we wanted. It was work at my parents' house, and my dad is old school and was grumbling the entire time for needing his sliding glass door fixed, but by the end of the hour with Zak, my dad was sold. Credit to Zak for being patient wit... Read more
