Our project was completed amid weather delays however the workmanship was 5 star. Home improvement can be very stressful, but Opal did everything possible to minimize the stress.

We love how your home transformed your home that had orignal cedar siding from the early 1960's to modern, bold, classy James Hardie siding in the color Monterey Taupe. Thank you for trusting Opal Enterprises and for researching us from a referral suggestion. You were a communicative, patient customer that was a joy to work with. Our goal is to provide Wonderful Remodeling Experiences to our homeowners. Thank you so much for your trust and your review!

I recently engaged with Opal Enterprises for a window replacement project at my home, and my experience was a testament to the importance of effective communication and exceptional customer service. Thank you so very much for your feedback Giovanni! We were so happy to be your chosen window contractor for your home in Plainfield, IL. The 2 windows you chose for your home are sure to serve you very well for years to come! We are so pleased that Adam demonstrated knowledge and kindness during your window decision making process! Thank you for your feedback on Ty; she has been with Opal Exteriors for 7 years and we are saddened to learn that your experience with her was not a 5-star experience because she is a true professional--but still human. We have had a team chat with her to make sure she is solidified in her understanding that our customers are #1. This was a rare exception to her own customer-service rule and we are so very sorry for any frustrations this caused you. We are so pleased that Katie was able to step in and make sure your communication needs were met! Thank you for your review reporting on Jack and his installation team! There are several Opal team mates that work in the public eye and those that work behind the scenes to make sure projects flow as needed and wanted and we are all so thankful to be your chosen contractor for this valuable window project. We value you and your feedback!

We recently had very large windows installed at our house and were blown away by the speed and professionalism of the workers! I was worried about our new expensive curtains and blinds but they were able to work around them and didn’t have to take them down. Awesome! We’re planning on doing the rest of the windows in the house next year!

We just adore your Lombard home! Thank you for contacting Opal Enterprises after finding us the in Chicagoland Best Picks Report book! Irving was very happy to meet you and your project! When you contacted us in Dec 2023, you told us that you had just purchased this home and that you wanted to change the style of the windows from casements to a style of window that would accomadate an airconditioning unit for the 2nd floor. The entire Opal window team truly enjoyed working with you and we cannot wait to do more work together!

We had an excellent experience using Opal to replace our windows. The process was very smooth. From our first meeting with our salesperson, Jace to our introductory to the staff and our very knowledgeable project manger Jack. We were very impressed with the constant communication from the start of our project to the end. Our installers were great too! I would highly recommend Opal Enterprises for all your window and siding needs!
