Opal gets my 5 star rating from the beginning of the sales going over and providing a detailed bid with concept photos. Next was the consistent updates on our project schedule. Finally was the installation done all in one day with great care and skill. Additionally, a no interest loan was arranged. Only issue was the 4 month lead-time for materials. Thank you, Chris H

When you contacted Opal Exteriors for you stunning new entry door that you picked out you told us that: Aside from price, what is the most important quality in a contractor -- Good reviews and solid workmanship. So THANK YOU for circling back with a review of your own after experiencing the work together. We love the door you chose!! We do apologize for the timeline of the door being manufactured, we too wish we had more control over manufacturing times. Thank you for your patience and thank you for your partnership!

We are extremely happy with the work done on our house. I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve gotten from our neighbors to even the inspector! The entire crew really has an amazing skill and we’re so professional throughout the whole time they were here. We were also so impressed with the amount of communication Opal has with their customers so thank you!

After getting four other estimates from different companies we decided to go with opal enterprise because they had the best price and great customer service. All of the staff provided professional, helpful and friendly service from start to finish.

What a beautiful window project we completed together for your home in Bolingbrook. Thank you for trusting Opal Enterprises for a whole home of brand new Provia windows. We really value the time you took to reseach us and investigate a remodeling relationship with us. When you called us to first tell us about your window needs, you let us know your windows had foggy glass (seal failures) and that you air was infiltrating. You asked us to come to you with a window product that would withstand our Chicagoland rain and sun. We are so pleased with the results. Thank you for your review and partnership!
