We had Opal replace our windows & front door. Couldn’t be happier with the results. The team worked with amazing attention to detail, and we couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Eli Williams in the Des Plaines office. He was outstanding. -Travis & Katie

Both Igor and Katie were a pleasure to work with. They were pleasant and professional which are hard qualities to find nowadays. Igor explained the process clearly, so there were no surprises. The gentlemen who installed my window were courteous and respectful, and worked fast. I would definitely work with Opal again in the future.

Opal did a great job with the installation of two new casement windows and a new basement window. It was a very consultative approach and our sales rep made sure we were getting exactly what we expected and wanted. Good communication and would highly recommend them for future window replacement.
