We are so happy that you found Opal Exteriors on Google and spent time on our website before reaching out for an entry door quote. Jesse was happy to meet you and your home! WOW on the double-French door that you choose, it is simply breathtaking!
Thank you for trusting Opal Enterprises for your Bartlett Patio Door replacement project. Your Andersen 400-series door is gorgeous. Remodeling will always have hiccups and it matters how those are handled. Always pre-ask your chosen contractor how they will handle issues when they come up. Angie, we wish we could work with a thousand more customers just like you.
Rita, thank you for coming into our Naperville showroom in May of 2022 and meeting with Jesse regarding your entry door. We love the Provia French entry door that you choose for your home and we hope it brings you home joy for years to come. As long as you live in this home you have a labor warranty and we will take care of you right away. Please do let us know if there was something we could have done better to make your experience better.
John, thank you for the wonderful feedback! We are thrilled our team was punctual and attentive to your replacement windows, making opening them feel like night and day. Enjoy your upgraded home!
Kevin, we highly enjoyed working with you. We are so in love with the door you chose for your Des Plaines home! Opal works very hard to vet our team members that we invite onboard. We do want friendly, kind sales reps to be what we offer to customers like you! Thank you so much for your partnership and for your communication to us. Remodeling relationships work the best in a respectful and clear environment. We cannot wait to get to work with you again on your home. We will pass your appreciation on to the entire team!
