Had special order windows and 8 ft patio door replaced for my condo. They were very assistive in getting my windows measured twice as well as meeting my HOA's replacement requirements and getting the order placed. They were very communicative about delays due to covid and supply chain issues. Crew who installed were professional and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I am on the second floor, they were able to get all windows in without issue.

We first used Opal back in 2018 and were very pleased with the quality of the product and professionalism of the staff that we used them again in 2022. We updated our front door, which is gorgeous, we replaced the back door and 3 windows in our kitchen.

Chuck, your Winfield home looks stunning with your newly installed Anchor Brown James Hardie siding! Definitely one of our more favorite siding projects! Thank you for finding Opal Exteriors on the James Hardie website and for investing time with Irving, our admin team, Jack and your amazing crew. We truly value you.

Great experience from start to finish on the installation of Hardie siding. Opal does a great job of communicating what to expect during the process. Irving was excellent at answering all of our questions and helped make decisions. During the project, Jack updated us daily on the progress. The crews worked really hard, were respectful of the property and were very focused on getting the project completed. Thanks!

Your Tudor style home in Glen Ellyn is now of of our favorites!! We are sure that newly sided home with James Hardie siding will alleviate you of those pesky woodpeckers that were an issue when you called us! You told us when you called that aside from price, what is the most important quality in a contractor -- Thorough explanation of work, knowledge and good follow-up. So thank you for telling us what you needed and valued, so that we could work hard to provide!
