I have waited about a month after install to give this review. I mean, everything is usually OK when a contractor first leaves your house. This has been our past experience. We have had our south facing patio door replaced 4 times. Previous contractors from names you'd recognize replaced the door. All seemed good and then it rained or we had high winds and the leaking would begin. I'd call, they come out and I never got a reasonable answer as to why the door wasn't performing the way a doo... Heather, 1st off thank you for your trust and time invested with Brad in our office and then Jesse and his Opal team. Thank you for sharing your story of remodeling story and the frustrations you encountered. We absolutely LOVE your new 8' patio door...it is modern and has clean lines to compliment your lovely Aurora home. Voytek and his crew enjoyed working with you very much. Your detailed review warms us up Heather and gives the Opal team that we are on the right path on how to make homeowners happy when they are investing thousands into their homes. We are so honored that you found us on social media! Thank you for your referral to us to someone in your inner circle!

We purchased a set of custom-sized exterior French Doors from Opal. Charles was courteous and knowledgeable, and listened to us, suggesting the various options that we had. We ended up with just what we were looking for, at a good price. From the beginning of the process, we were provided with status updates during the manufacture of our doors. The installers Mitch and Sebastian were skillful and professional, finishing our job quickly , and beautifully. Charles and Karel were also on site dur... Read more

I engaged the Opal crew to replace an aging, leaky patio door. The difference in esthetics and energy efficiency is dramatic! The entire experience was wonderful. From quote to installation the process was smooth and painless. Everyone I dealt with was extremely respectful of my time and home. I also appreciated the contact made a few days after installation just to make sure I was satisfied. Planning on calling upon Opal when it’s time to replace my front door!

Laurie, we are honored that you found Opal Enterprises via social media and took your time to contact us later in October of 2021 for your patio door needs! You told us when you called that your home's original patio door had been leaking and was not sealing properly. We are so proud that together we found a solution for your lovely home. Thank you for trusting us and for your review!

We used Opal to install a new front door at our home. We are super pleased and would recommend Opal to anyone. Their sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Their project management team kept us well informed during some unforeseen supply chain delays. And finally their install team was on-time, finished the install on time, and were professional and courteous. We simply love our new door!
