Opal installed new windows in our entire house a few months ago. We had a great experience with them from start to finish. From the sales person being prompt and upfront about the quality of windows and giving us fair pricing, to the office manager who kept in constant contact with us, to the project manager who visited several times as the installation was going on, and the installers who were professional and maintained a clean work area. There were a few issues upon final inspection (one b... Read more

Gus, we are so thankful that you found Opal because you were referred to us by a neighbor of yours. When you called us in June of 2021, you let us know that your home had original windows from 2001 and that they were failing you with cracks, rot, and the glass was foggy between the panes. We always get excited when we get to replace vinyl windows with new Kolbe Glastra Fiberglass windows (they are a favorite of ours to install). We truly loved working with you on your window replacement project in Geneva, IL. THANK you for your research, trust, business, and review!

Opal was one of three companies we sought estimates from to replace both our front and rear doors. We had the same basic requests of all the Door companies we contacted, one of which was that the storm doors we'd be getting would have a sliding screen. We proceeded with the estimate from Opal and went back and forth ensuring we were getting what we wanted. On one of our calls discussing details of the contract, we wanted clarification that the storm doors would have sliding screens since this wa... Read more

Kerry and family, I am sorry to read your review on Google and not have been communicated to our project managers by you or to anyone in our office. I have had a meeting with my team and will call you directly. We are sad to see a 2-star review because we installed exactly what was in your contract. When I contact you I will speak to what we can make right regarding the product. In regards to times, the world we now live in makes it VERY hard to run business in our normal way. We struggle with factories and towns/villages/cities not making their delivery or inspection schedules clear to us so that we can accurately pass that info on to you. We work very hard to minimize stress for our homeowners and while I as the owner can correct or make as right as possible, contract selections...unfortunately manufactures and government agency timelines are way out of our control and we are all in this new world together. We value you as our customer and hope to meet your expectations as we offer a lifetime labor warranty on all windows and doors that we install. Your new doors are absolutely gorgeous and we hope to get to the bottom of the product mishap together!

We had a custom front door ProVia. The door was top notch and the installation perfect. We would definitely recommend Opal for custom doors.

Our project included replacing siding, windows and doors. We had such a good experience with everyone associated with our project. From Jesse and Ryan helping to make selections, and Jack making sure things happened. Special Kudos to Miro and his crew for making what could have been a stressful time into a pleasurable experience. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated and it was obvious that the whole crew enjoyed what they were doing and took great pride in their work. Finally, In... Read more

Jim & Cathy, thank you so much for trusting the entire Opal team fro your quiet large exterior remodeling project. New Kolbe Windows, a beautiful Provia Entry door, Andersen patio door, James Hardie fiber cement siding and oh so much more....not a small project by any means. The fact that you chose Opal Enterprises to be the remodeler for your Naperville home just means the world to us...this IS what we do! We remodel and try hard to have people enjoy their purchase. YOU mean the world to us. Thank you for your review!

Putting in new windows for the entire house. The whole process was great! Their sales team wasn’t aggressive or pushy. Explained everything well and provided their best quote upfront. They stayed in touch with updates. During the install day they finished the entire floor within a day and cleaned up their work area nicely. Looking forward to working with Opal again in the spring to put in new windows in the upstairs. Thanks!

Gytis, it was a reward enough to the Opal team that you chose to have your new Provia windows installed by us as you were referred to Opal from your friend/colleague. Then to be able to work with your lovely Wheaton home was another reward. The rewards keep coming with your 2nd window contract signed for phase 2 and the cherry on top is your review. THANK YOU SO MUCH for trusting Opal Enterprises!
