My Opal windows and sliding glass doors were installed yesterday. Every step of the process was great. The sales professional (Igor) was able to answer all of my questions about the install process and helped me identify the real issues with existing windows, the project manager (Jack) was thorough and thoughtful with his approach, and the install team (Mirek) was timely, clean, and professional. The final product looks great. The Opal bid wasn't the lowest price but in this case you get what yo... Read more

We love the clean, modern windows by Provia that you chose for your Woodridge, IL home. When you called Opal Enterprises on July 21, 2021 you let us know that this was a new home to you and that the original 1997 vinyl windows and patio door were not providing comfort since there were air drafts. When we asked you "Aside from price, what is the most important quality in a contractor?" You answered "Timeliness" We cannot be more thankful for your trust and we are certain you will enjoy your new windows for years to come!

Opal was was a great company to work with from start to finish with getting new siding, gutters, fascia, & soffits. Charles was wonderful with getting the process underway. Charles & Stacy were clear, and had great attention to detail throughout the process. Materials showed up right on time, and the project started right on time. Karel was the manager and he came by daily to check on the progress and update me on how things were going, he was clear, honest, and upfront about any issues he antic... Read more

My wife and I decided to go with Opal Enterprises after considering a few options for replacement of two exterior doors and the entryway to our garage. Opal uses Provia doors, which I've found many home improvement enthusiasts tout as top of the line. To me, though, what really shines from this project is the absolute top quality of the install. With a baby on the way, my wife and I were mostly concerned about keeping the house warm in the winter, and the old doors we had were poorly sealed and... Read more

John and family. Thank you for taking the time to research Opal Enterprises after finding our listing in the 5-Star Rated Book that helps homeowners make remodeling purchasing decision. On July 22 when you called our Des Plaines office and spoke with Becky, you let us know you had an entry and a back door that needed upgrading. Your home was built in 1963 and these doors were original to the home and drafty. When we asked you what was the most important quality in a contractor (aside from price) you let us know then, and now through your review, that workmanship was key! We could not have found a better homeowner and customer to work with, thank you for your trust and your review of your experience with Opal Enterprises!
