Excellent customer service. The crew worked extremely hard for two days on our installation through 90+ degree heat.Communication from start to finish was strong and responsive. Highly recommend for any job.

Jeremy and family! We adore working in Lisle, IL and are thrilled that you were referred to us. When you called us on March 12th you told us that you had failing Pella windows in your home and that you were looking to have a fiberglass windows installed to match some of the Marvin windows in the home....we ultimately chose 7 Kolbe Forgent Fiberglass windows to meet your remodeling goals and to make your home look stunning. Miro your crew leader enjoyed working with you as well as Jack, Indre and Eli! Thank you so much for your trust, business and review! 2026: thank you for being a returning customer this year with 2 new windows!

We used Opal for our front entry door and whole process was smooth and was handled in professional manner. There was one week delay due to material shortage which is understandable. Guys did excellent job. We ordered patio door after their performance. Can’t wait for patio door to arrive.

You called Opal Enterprises on March 5th and told us about your entry door needs. During this phone call you also told us that "aside from price" your #1 need from a contractor was "professionalism, timely execution of work and cleanliness"---we are thrilled we met your expectations so much that you ordered a 2nd project with us right as we were finishing your 1st. WOW what an honor Venu and family! We are beyond honored to have earned your trust and review!

The process of replacing our front door from beginning to end was a great experience with Opal. Charles, our project consultant, was friendly, knowledgeable and focused more on how Opal could help us rather than the competition. Stacy, the office manager, is great at communicating what is needed prior to installation, when it needs to be complete and answered any questions we had along the way. Karel, our project leader, made sure we knew what was happening on the day of installation and was th... Read more

Opal workers are craftsmen. They replaced two windows this week. One large bay window was bid to include replacing and rebuilding the hip roof above it. While putting in the window, the foreman realized that the roof overhang did not actually need to be replaced. The company is refunding us for the unused material and labor. That is the sign of an excellent company.

Thank you, Shari! Honesty and quality craftsmanship are our top priorities, and we are glad our team could ensure you only paid for the work truly needed on your bay window.
