Opal replaced a crumbling bay window on the front of our house and a bedroom window on the back of the house. We required the replacement windows match the existing windows including the etched V-groove lights. The entire experience from estimating to scheduling to installation was wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and took the time to answer all our questions. Ongoing communication from Opal was outstanding. Greising family, it is our complete honor to have worked with you on a second project! Thank you for detailing your window installation experience with Opal Enterprises as a team! Irving, Indre, Jack, and so many others that worked behind the scenes really, really appreciate your review! Miro and crew LOVED working on your lovely Aurora home and just adore the end results. Thank you so much for exploring a window project with us to compliment the James Hardie siding we installed in 2018. WOW on how your windows look now!

Second time using opal and once again they did not disappoint. Professional installers did a great job. My sales person Eli was very helpful in coming up with a plan to replace old rotting screened in porch window frames with new windows and doors. Highly recommend.

We contacted Opal after a referral from a friend in our neighborhood and I am so glad we did! Ryan, our sales rep, made us feel comfortable. He walked us through all our options and helped guide us to the correct decisions. He was phenomenal. He worked with my husband to ensure that we would always be taken care of. The prices he was able to offer us were fair. We had 9 large windows replaced. On the day of installation, the crew was great. They listened to our requests and made sure to touch th... Read more
