Super professional and informative before, during and after installation! We are very pleased with the installation!!! We watch all the HGTV nightmare contractor shows and have feared doing any projects on our house and/or trying to do them ourselves. We felt confident that they would do a great job and they did!!! Literally the next day, we called back to get an estimate for a deck! We will use them again and again!

Allison and family! Thank you for finding Opal Enterprises listed on the Andersen Website as a certified dealer! We love the patio door that you chose for your Romeoville home! Dylan, Kim, Milly, Jack and your crew leader Mirek really enjoyed that we got the change to work with you on door project! YOU also deserve 5-Stars as a wonderful customer!! THANK YOU!

Daniel, your new Andersen A-Series Windows (top of the line series with Andersen!!!) in Black are SHARP and super sexy on both the interior and the exterior. WOW! Thank you for reporting to us that you were replacing your Naperville home's windows due to needing comfort inside the home. The windows we replaced were old and being covered with plastic to manage the cold air...now you can rest easy that your downtown home will be comfortable and delightful. Again, the windows you chose are gorgeous!!! Thank you for your trust and business!

I am very happy I found Opal! We needed two windows replaced in our small condo, and through an exhaustive search I stumbled upon this company. From beginning to end, their team took time to help us with every decision and never made us feel like our job was insignificant to them. They were in constant contact throughout the entire process and were always available if we had questions. Stacy, Charles and Karel helped us through our first "major" home renovation, and as first time owners we are ... Read more

Recently had 13 windows and a patio door replaced then added a storm door. Other than a slight delay, due to these covid times, the process was pretty easy. Install was completed within the two day time period. They cleaned up and took away all materials with them. I appreciated their fast electronic quote that also detailed the install process and what's needed on my end. Only one other company provided an electronic quote that lacked install details and the rest was pen and paper form. No high... Read more
