Top drawer products, and service and communication from start to finish. A few items needed correction (requiring new parts from the manufacturer) which required a few extra weeks, which they just completed today. Again very professional. All our vendors should be this good.

We LOVE attracting top drawer customers like yourself Kevin! Any remodeling project requires the contracting team to manage and mitigate: materials, crew, weather, homeowner's special needs and/or whatever outside factors might play a role in a project...thank you for trusting us to get the job done! Everyone wishes that projects would be flawless, but the fact is that things happen and the best of the best are the ones that offer communication and integrity. Kevin, thank you for trusting your son's referral to us and for getting online and sharing your experience!

Opal was referred to us by neighbors. They did a fantastic job. Read the “scope of work” in your estimate carefully to make sure everything you envision is in there. Installing Hardie Board comes down to the quality of installation and Opal’s crew was great.

Kruegar Family, thank you for your review on your experience with our exterior remodeling firm. LOOK how your home transformed from a yellow exterior to a very classy gray! James Hardie slate gray for your lap siding as well as shakes for your gables...WOW! You and your family were kind, communicative and because of your willingness to work together with your contractor, your home remodel was a total success! We value you!

New windows for our home From start to finish, everyone we dealt with from Opal Enterprises was courteous and professional and communication was excellent each step of our project. Stacy at the office was always so nice to work with whether she would call or email us what to expect through the whole process. Eli came out to our home to hear what we wanted and showed and explained the various options we had. Next we met the Project Manager, Karel, who oversaw the job and confirmed what we want... I contracted Opal to install new James Hardie siding on the house, and Versetta stone siding on the attached garage. Opal's installation crew were very professional and very hard working. They rarely took a break. The quality of their work was unbelievable and excellent. These guys really knew what to do to make my home very beautiful now. Better than it has ever looked. I broke this project up in two phases, because I didn't want to disturb a robins bird nesting on my front porch. The Opal PM ... Read more

I had filed an insurance claim with a roofing company due to a hail storm back in April ‘20 right when the stay at home order was in effect and I wanted to use the opportunity to also build out a new portico and upgrade my old vinyl siding to hardie board with decorative accents. I reached out to all the hardie board elite and golden preferred vendors in the north shore area. I worked with Mike P. from the des plaines office and the day he came out I found him to be the most thorough and ask the... Read more
