Opal replaced my roof, sky lights and gutters that had sustained storm damage. The entire team was great to deal with and kept in communication the entire time. They completed the job in the time frame they committed to (with minor adjustments due to weather) and the results are awesome. I would highly recommend!
We value your working relationship with the entire Opal team. Ryan, Indre, Jack, Crew and several other behind-the-scene teammates did work hard to make sure your project was understood, built and executed with as little interruptions as possible. One main complaint homeowner's have about contractors is that the job is started then crews not coming back and finishing the project in a consecutive manner. While we do have to pay respect to the weather in our area, we are very proud that we communicate our start dates and then do not stop until the project is a success. Adam and family, your communication and remodeling partnership was enjoyable and ideal! THANK YOU
We had previously used Opal to install new windows in our home, so when it was time to replace our front door, we decided to contact them again. We met with Ryan, our salesman, who was a pleasure to work with. Opal gave us the best price for the quality, the installation went according to plan, and the door was done exactly to our specifications and looks beautiful! Not only would we recommend them to everyone, we would contact them first for any future jobs. Fantastic job!!
Mike and family, we greatly appreciate that you worked with Opal Enterprises in 2018 for your Bolingbrook home's Andersen windows!! This year you collected estimates from other companies for your new Provia entry door and being chosen a 2nd time for your remodeling needs is a honor!! Thank you so much for all of your time invest, for your thoughtful review and for keeping us working! We value you!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. Everything from the consultation to the install was professional and friendly. Windows are certainly an investment, so when it came to all of our questions Opal was patient and honest. We are so thankful to Eli, Carl and the whole crew. The install was done fast and with quality care and clean up. I love our new windows and will not hesitate to call Opal for further projects or referrals.
Carianne, thank you for trusting Opal with your new windows! We'll be sure to pass your compliments along to Eli, Carl, and the crew for their swift installation and thorough clean-up.
Opal installed Jamies Hardie siding and several Anderson replacement windows on my house last summer. I also had Opal handle a roof issue that I had. I selected Opal because they are a James Hardie preferred installer, and their sales approach and responsiveness was superior to the other contractors I called. We had a couple of challenges involving the window replacement that had to be solved before the siding could be installed, and Opal handled that issue for me.
