Excellent communication from day 1 and follow-ups. Sales explanation and options were clear, quotes and agreement very easy. Everything handled electronically which was a good advantage. Always following COVID-19 protection guidelines correctly. The installing crew was very professional, pointed out the issues that triggered the replacement. I'm even calling them again to quote me on an entirely different project since we created a good relationship. Courteous and professionals, the reviews are... Read more

Yvan! Oh thank you for your detailed review! As of yet no one has commented on the efforts we have taken to take care of our customers and our crew members with PPE and just being careful so that we can continue to work. We are so thrilled that you have enjoyed the processes and procedures we have put in place so that you did not have to tear your hair out during your window and sliding patio door remodeling experience! Its a large home investment and we value your trust!

We worked with the team at Opal to replace our french door with a Kolbe sliding door. We had worked with Eli (sales consultant) and Jacek (project manager) on a previous project and had great experiences for both. Voytek and his crew were great to work with and installed the door in less than 2 hours. They were also able to repair some rotted window trim on a different window the same day as well. We were very happy with the product and work and will consider Opal for future projects.

Ryan did a great job meeting with us initially and giving us a detailed estimate and explaining the process to us. The crew also did a great job and worked hard even through tough weather conditions. My husband and I are very satisfied with their workmanship and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Taylor, thank you so much for your review today! Thank you for your 2019 business where we remodeled your Wheaton, IL home with new Kolbe Windows, James Hardie Siding and so much more! Your project was NO small project and I recall you and your husband both being very communicative throughout the entire process! Thank you for being a large part of our success together! Thank you also for your several referrals to Ryan and the entire Opal Enterprises team!
