First off, the end result was excellent. The work the crew did was professional and looked great. That justified the high costs (above other contractors) that Opal charges. We had all of our siding (Hardie board), soffits, facia, gutters, down spouts, and shutters replaced along with our front and rear doors.

Your contract did not offer a completion date, your estimator did not verbalize or put into writing a completion date, our office administration nor production department promised you a completion date... but what we did do is push your project ahead to satisfy your request after the contract was turned in and we worked tirelessly to get your beautiful home updated with the very difficult to install correctly, James Hardie siding! We understand not every customer will appreciate how much goes into remodeling projects and really how much care we out into the details. While we aim for a 5-star experience for both our homeowners and our hardworking staff, we feel a 3-star customer rating is also deserved. Your home turned out absolutely gorgeous and we hope you enjoy the results for years to come!
