They did a great job from start to finish. They were careful to listen and hear what our preferences were and could see problems before they arose. They made sure that what was promised was delivered and were very good at follow-through. They communicated when product was available, time frame to expect and worked with our several changes we made. Their prices were very competitive and they had a large selection of windows to choose from which allowed for more price variance and better choices f... Read more

Thank you so much for trusting Opal Enterprises as your window installer! In 2012 we did Andersen 400 Series windows together and now Andersen 100 Series Windows in 2019! Thank you for calling out our "Golden Rule" procedures! We work hard to treat your home as we would want to be treated with our own! Dan--you are an extremely valued customer! THANK YOU!

Opal recently completed a third project for us, replacing our roof, gutters, skylights and some siding damaged in a storm. Previously they replaced windows and did work on our dormers. I continue to be impressed with the quality of workmanship, communication and responsiveness. Project Manager Jacek (Jack) Kaminski in particular is fantastic! He's on the job daily to follow up on progress and is quick to respond to any issues that may arise. The crews are always courteous, tidy and organized. Op... Read more

James! Thank you for your review!! Since we came to know each other you have been a personal favorite customer, I am always partial to the communicative type. We need the feedback and you offered to do a customer survey for me earlier this year so we can continue to learn what our valuable customers need and expect from a Naperville contractor. Jason, Amanda, Jack and the behind the scenes team really, really are thankful for your trust and review! Please reach out to us anytime!

Recently went with Opal for a siding project and am very pleased. The communication from the team was especially impressive. Great communication on the project start date along with any prep work. The crew showed up early, worked extremely hard and made an effort to clean up at the end of the day. Workmanship was great as well! The Project manager checked in on a regular basis and the project site was cleaned up in a timely manner at the end of the project. Great experience with this team... Read more
