I called twice to get an estimate on a roof repair. I had spoken with someone in the office (i.e. did not leave a voice message). No one called back. Update: The company called and emailed me almost immediately after learning about the mishap. They provided an estimate within a couple days. Great service so far.

My initial contact was with Bay Custom Roofing and Siding Inc. The owner of Bay Custom Roofing wrote up the contract and mention that her son Paul Collins would review the information at my home. The family own business was closing their doors and Overhead Solutions was taking over. Ten workers, two vans showed up June 1 at 6:30 am. and finished the job by 9 pm. that evening. Chris and crew did a fantastic job with our roof install / replacement. The whole process from quotation with Brandon to scheduling to the install went very smooth without any issues.
