Our home has a steep 12/12 pitch with valleys. Roof was 24 years old and after a nightmare winter with ice and snow laying in the valleys we developed 3 good size leaks. We began contacting roofers. You are correct your home was challenging however with the proper evaluation and planning it went so dang smooth to replace that very large homes roof All the details are where it matters most and most of the average pocono roofers don't want to do the "extra" work to ensure the details that keep water out of your home are done correctly and up to manufactures specifications Bob and the team did an amazing job with that copper pan detail on the front of the home and the installation of those new Velux skylights along with the CertainTeed Landmark PRO Shingle installation I'm also glad you and Dominique had a great relationship built as well Thank you for trusting us with your homes roof replacement Enjoy your new Overmyer Roof Sincerely Keith O
