I was quite impressed with the response time with both returning my phone call and coming out to inspect and fix the issue. Keith was very professional and courteous on the phone and in person. I drug my feet on storm damage from the previous winter....now getting close to winter it started to leak over our garage. The owner, Keith patched the roof quickly and offered his services to replace the 40 year old roof. The entire process was clearly explained and he and his employees came in to fix it that following week. On the day of I also asked them to repair some other issues on the main house roof.
