Keith and his guys showed up on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day to remove the old roof, replace damaged sheathing, and install our new roof. They did a wonderful job and was very impressed with the attention to detail, down to the custom flashing installed around the chimney. I have used Overmyer Construction for over a decade now. I had 2 skylights replaced last week after I noticed one was leaking. The other one I asked him to replace before that one started to leak. He explained the issue, pointed out someone had tried to repair it with caulk so it likely leaked before I purchased the home.
