Our home has a steep 12/12 pitch with valleys. Roof was 24 years old and after a nightmare winter with ice and snow laying in the valleys we developed 3 good size leaks. We began contacting roofers. At this point our main concern was not price but rather getting the leaks permanently corrected with a warranty. After much research I realized it was critical to pull the siding off the dormers. Keith & Bob used ice and watershield along with step flashing and in one area with copper that was cust... Read more

Fred! Wow, thank you for sharing all of this! You are correct your home was challenging however with the proper evaluation and planning it went so dang smooth to replace that very large homes roof All the details are where it matters most and most of the average pocono roofers don't want to do the "extra" work to ensure the details that keep water out of your home are done correctly and up to manufactures specifications Bob and the team did an amazing job with that copper pan detail on the front of the home and the installation of those new Velux skylights along with the CertainTeed Landmark PRO Shingle installation I'm also glad you and Dominique had a great relationship built as well Thank you for trusting us with your homes roof replacement Enjoy your new Overmyer Roof Sincerely Keith O

Keith, the owner, Dominique, his wife who runs the office, and Bob ,who was the project manager were absolutely amazing. Their workers were polite ,and worked very, very hard. They completed the job in a day and a half. They constantly kept us updated on what was going on. We’ve been in our house for close to 50 years now. It was and is one of the oldest structures in South Stroudsburg. We have done many additions to it over the years, so this roofing project was a true challenge for them. They ... Read more

There’s a lot of roofers out there, we interviewed 3 companies but we choose Overmayer for their honesty, clear explanation of the job, suggestions and process overall. Dominique and Keith are professionals on what they do, kind and caring. Thank You for the great job you did, I’m very pleased and how clean and fast the roof was done!

The team was great from beginning to end. There prices are fair for the professional services they provide. The material is top quality. No surprise fees. Bob (project Manager) is on site to handle any questions or issues. Crew works hard and is professional. You get what you pay for. Certainly worth it.

From the initial call to Dominique for the estimate, Keith's proposal including corrective improvements which other estimates didn't include until Bob's final work inspection and explanation of the project and Dominique always available for all details, Wow!
