Front-end: Eric, the owner, did a thorough job of explaining the scope-of-work and gave me an accurate estimate of the projected final-cost.
Construction Phase: Very well organized and competent work-crew: Entire process took only 7 hours. Very meticulous clean-up.

From start to finish, I felt like a valued customer. We had a crew of about a dozen who worked from 8am until 5pm, and the job was done very well. We had a few small issues and they were resolved quickly and thoroughly.
