We had to chase them down to get them start the project that they agreed to take on of replacing our roof. It took 3 months for them to actually get started and then it took weeks to get done. With all this little to no contact or communication outside of them complaining to us about our insurance company. What a great company. I had ice dams with leaking in the house..made a special effort to be here the next day. Dan and Joe made great suggestions as what to do to prevent future occurances. They suggested to actually not to anything at the moment but address in the Spring. Was fully expecting to pay for a service call...but they offer free estimates. Will definitely hire them for prevention and will use when our roof needs to be replaced ( 1-2 years) Thank you so so much!!!
