What a great company. I had ice dams with leaking in the house..made a special effort to be here the next day. Dan and Joe made great suggestions as what to do to prevent future occurances. They suggested to actually not to anything at the moment but address in the Spring. Was fully expecting to pay for a service call...but they offer free estimates. I had been suffering after an MVA /surgery. Difficult to sleep and awoke at the slightest noise. Turned out to be the water splash guards on my gutter. Called 5 other roofers. Job was too small to bother with. Then I spoke to Christina at Paramount. She was amazing, cordial, understanding and empathetic. She had Philip there within an hour. I was at an appointment.
