In my initial call with Christina, she was excited about my project, and got me an appointment set quickly and easily. In our initial consult, I felt that Anthony was honest, straight forward, and didn't waste my time or use any deceptive or annoying sales ta... Read more

Our entire experience with Paramount Roofing was exceptional. We initially worked with Seth after we had damage to our roof from a storm. He came out quickly to assess the damage and made the process of dealing with the insurance company very easy. Seth kept me updated on the process and time-line of the job and was always quick to get back to me and answer our questions. Paramount was incredibly efficient once the job was started. Nick was our assigned project manager and made sure everythin... Read more

Paramount did a great job on my roof. The entire team was very courteous and professional. Scott Laske the project manager was communicative and made sure everything was done timely and correctly. The roofing crew were very hard workers. They did a great job and cleaned everything up when they were done. The crew’s leader, Obed, was very communicative and made sure I was satisfied with everything as the work progressed.

We are BBB accredited with an A+ rating, HAAG Certified for storm damage inspections, and a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster certified contractor. What sets us apart is our core values: positive attitude, passion, and being genuinely customer-oriented. Every homeowner and business owner we work with gets a team that communicates clearly, performs at their best, and stands behind every job with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Yes, our commercial roofing division serves retail stores, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and multi-family properties throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding counties. We install and repair flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and roof coatings, and our professionally trained crews are on-site for every phase from initial inspection through completion. We work quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption to your business, and our goal is to turn your roof from an unpredictable expense into a proactively managed asset.

When you call us, we will schedule a free professional storm damage inspection with one of our HAAG Certified inspectors, who will assess your roof for missing or curled shingles, damaged flashing, hail impacts, and any other storm-related issues that are not always visible from the ground. We document everything thoroughly with photos and a detailed report, and then we work directly with your insurance adjuster to make sure all damage is properly identified and included in your claim. If your roof needs immediate protection, we also provide emergency tarping services to prevent further water damage while repairs are scheduled.

Beyond residential and commercial roofing, we also install and replace siding, windows in multiple styles including casement, double-hung, picture, awning, and sliding, gutters, fascia, soffit and trim, VELUX skylights, and attic insulation. We also serve multi-family properties including apartments, condominiums, and pole barns. Whether you need one service or want to upgrade your entire exterior, we handle it all with the same certified crews, premium materials, and customer-first approach that has made us one of Metro Detroit's most trusted contractors.

Yes, we offer flexible financing options to make your roofing or exterior project more manageable, regardless of your budget. Whether you are dealing with unexpected storm damage, planning a full roof replacement, or upgrading your windows and siding, financing allows you to move forward without having to wait. Our team will walk you through the available options during your free consultation so you can choose the plan that works best for your situation and timeline.
