The 7-story, 112,188-square-foot self-storage facility at 46 Greenwich St. in Hempstead, NY, was delivered for LSC Development. Extra Space Storage manages the facility.
The ground-up construction features 1,382 fully climate-controlled various-size storage units, two loading bays, two elevators, and a state-of-the-art security system with secure keypad access and an HD camera surveillance system. The unique feature of this facility is the sizeable drive-up contractor units that are accessible from the outside.
