Park Heights Roofing replaced our roof and gutters in 2017. We have had no issues since the installation and will use them for future projects.
Emily was fantastic. Curdious and very perfecinal. Had her tech come out and give me an estimate on the same day and set up the appointment for the guys to come and do my siding. Made sure they put down boards to not disturb the grass and followed up after 3 months of the install. Also they had the entire job done within 2 days.
Ben was friendly and professional. He made sure I understood the next steps in the process to set up repair for a leak on my roof's flashing (where the roof meets siding). However, I received a call a few days later that they'd not be able to do my repair but would be happy to replace my roof or siding. I am assuming it is an attempt to make the most money out of the work.
The whole process from estimate to completion was smooth and even included a "walk though" (via drone) of the work done on my roof!
