Peak Performance Roofing LLC is a locally owned roofing company serving residential and commercial customers across Western Massachusetts. Led by owner James Flannery, who brings more than 40 years of hands-on roofing experience, the company is built on expert craftsmanship, dependable service, and a personal commitment to every project. Originally from the Greater Boston area, James relocated to Easthampton in 2015 and has since grown Peak into a trusted local name known for honest estimates, clear communication, and roofs built to last.

This Haydenville project was completed in collaboration with a local builder and features Colonial Red standing seam metal roofing by Englert, paired with custom copper bay window roofs for a refined, high-end finish. The bold color choice adds character while the standing seam system delivers long-term durability, clean lines, and reliable performance in New England weather. The copper bay details provide a sharp contrast that elevates the home’s overall design and craftsmanship.

Highly recommend Peak! Tommy and Jim were incredibly communicative and clear. I really enjoyed working with them. The team at the house was lovely and thoughtful. They did a great job cleaning up too. They did a beautiful job with all the seams for our chimney and vents. Would definitely hire them again!

Jim and Tommy came on time and did a full assessment of the roof and skylights. Gave me several options for the dormer(2/12 pitch) and did not recommend putting back shingles. Ivan and his crew came to work every day and on time. They protected all shrubs around the house and were very hard workers. They did an outstanding job stripping the old roof, replacing plywood as needed. They installed 3 new skylights and reroofed with new shingles and EPDM for the dormer.
